IMPORTANT GUIDELINES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS – HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
  1. Hotel Room Reservation
    Three official hotels have been appointed to offer special hotel accommodation rates for 1st APBAM 2010. For online hotel booking and more information on hotel rates, please visit website: www.apbam.org

    Alternatively, you can complete the hotel reservation form and send it back with the appropriate payment details to
    1st APBAM 2010 : Conference Secretariat & Housing Bureau, c/o Ace: Daytons Direct (International) Pte Ltd, 2 Leng Kee Road #04-01 Thye Hong Centre Singapore 159086. Fax: +65 6475 2077. NO RESERVATION WILL BE MADE FOR INCOMPLETE FORMS. EMAIL & TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

    Kindly note that only individual bookings will be accepted (one booking form per participant) and for special group bookings (10 rooms or more), please contact the 1st APBAM 2010 : Conference Secretariat & Housing Bureau for further details and instructions. All group bookings must be received by 8 February 2010, Monday.

    Deadline for individual hotel room reservation : 8 February 2010, Monday

    After 8 February 2010, Monday the booking of rooms will be subject to room availability & prevailing rate at time of booking of the individual hotels. The Conference Secretariat & Housing Bureau will assist in making arrangements on hotel reservation on your behalf.

    Note: In the event that the requested hotel is fully booked, the 1st APBAM 2010 : Conference Secretariat & Housing Bureau reserves the right to book a hotel in a similar category.

    • To avoid duplicate registrations, do not mail the original Hotel Booking Form if you have faxed the form or booked online.

  1. Check-in and Check-out Time
    Kindly note that the official check-in time is at 1500hrs and the check-out time is at 1200hrs. A 50% charge will be imposed for check-out after 1200 hours and before 1800hrs and a full day rate for check-out after 1800hrs.

    For early arrival in the morning, you are advised to book an extra room night. An extra room night would not be reserved should the Conference Secretariat & Housing Bureau not receive any instruction to do so by you.

  2. Deposit & Final Payment
    All payments for the hotel accommodation must be made in Singapore Dollars. All official hotels require a credit card number, expiry date and one night’s stay deposit to secure reservation. The remaining payment should be settled directly with the hotel upon check-out.

  3. Hotel Confirmation
    You will receive an acknowledgement with a confirmation number from the 1st APBAM 2010 : Conference Secretariat & Housing Bureau via email within five working days from the receipt of the signed hotel booking form. This acknowledgement will indicate the hotel where your reservation has been made as well as all the terms and conditions of that particular hotel. Please therefore state clearly your email address and fax number in the form.

  4. Cancellation / No Show
    Cancellation must be made in writing to 1st APBAM 2010 : Conference Secretariat & Housing Bureau by
    8 February 2010, Monday. Penalty of one room night will be charged for cancellation before 8 February 2010, Monday. For cancellations received on or after 8 February 2010, Monday or no show, full duration of room nights booked will be charged to your credit card.
